About me
Qualifications & Affiliations
Having relocated to Utrecht after running a private practice in Ho Chi Minh City for five years, my own journey across borders gives me a deep appreciation for life transitions, cultural identity, and navigating change.
Before pursuing my qualifications, training, and practice in therapy, I spent ten years of my early career working in Education and Finance. The shift toward therapy unfolded gradually — each question I carried through different stages of my own life eventually led me toward what I've found fulfills me most: deepening my understanding of human experience, and learning, closely, about suffering.
I am a good match for individuals seeking a therapeutic experience that is active, focused, and deeply transformative — particularly those wrestling with complex personality dynamics, developmental trauma, and persistent feelings of being at war with themselves.
My approach integrates Schema Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Psychoanalytic & Relational Insights. I have dedicated my career to these frameworks because I view them as powerful, compassionate ways of confronting inner darkness, making sense of deep suffering, and helping you build a life that feels genuinely authentic.
